摘要 目的 :观察CO2 激光联合卡介菌多糖核酸 (BCG PSN)皮损内注射给药预防尖锐湿疣 (CA)复发的疗效。 方法 :10 6例CA患者随机分为 2组 ,用CO2 激光汽化切除疣体后 ,分别给予BCG PSN皮损内注射 (6 0例 )或干扰能皮下注射 (4 6例 ) ,随访观察 3个月 ,比较其治愈率。 结果 :两组患者治愈率分别为 88.3%和 71.7% ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。 结论 :CO2 激光联合BCG PSN皮损内注射给药 。 Objective: To observe the efficacy of local injection of bacillus calmette-guerin polysaccharide-nuclear acid (BCG-PSN) following CO 2 laser resection on condyloma acuminatum (CA). Methods: One hundred and six patients with CA were randomized into BCG-PSN group (60 cases) and interferon group (46 cases), treated respectively with BCG-PSN local injection and interferon subcutaneous injection following CO 2 laser resection and followed up for 3 months. Results: The healing rate of the BCG-PSN group was 88.3% and that of the interferon group was 71.7%. Conclusion: The BCG-PSN local injection following CO 2 laser resection is effective for CA patients.
