摘要
对于复杂结构的复杂产品零件,借助ICT测量设备获取产品零件的层层切片图像,并通过分析计算、数字图像处理和CAD软件等辅助工具,建立产品的几何模型。着重论述了将已经经过数字图像处理过的ICT切片的产品数字化模型,通过NURBS曲线、曲面进行三维重建等方面的应用研究,并对基于此方法重建的产品模型进行了误差分析。
The multi layer images of the complex structure of complicated products are obtained with the help of ICT measuring equipment and the geometrical model of products is established with the aided methods,such as analytical computation,digital image processing and CAD software.The paper focuses on the 3D rebuilding application research for ICT slicese digital model of the digital image processed industrial products with the help of NURBS curve and surface.The tolerance analysis between the prototype product and the CAD model is made to demonstrate that the proposed methods are practicable.
