摘要
本文对应用于废水处理的光合细菌的培养最适温度、光照、pH值、溶解氧等条件进行了较系统的研究,通过正交实验,得出光合细菌生长的最适条件为光照强度3000Lx、微好氧、30℃、pH7 0。在此基础上,建立了光合细菌在模拟味精废水条件下,以乙酸钠为底物时的生长动力学模型,其参数为饱和常数Ks为0 23g·L-1,最大比生长速率为0 04h-1。试验结果表明,该模型能够较好地描述废水处理光合细菌的生长情况。
This paper gives a detail study on the optimum growth conditions of temperature, illumination, pH and dissolved oxygen for PSB. With the orthogonal designed experiment, the optimum culture conditions for PSB growth are obtained: illumination intensity 3000 Lx, faint aerobic, 30℃, pH 7.0. Under the optimum cultivation and the simulated monosodium-glutmate wastewater conditions, a kinetic model on PSB growth in the substrate of CH_3COONa was put up . The parameters in the model are as follows: the saturation constant K_s 0.23 g·L^(-1) and the maximum specific growth rate μmax 0.04 h^(-1) respectively. The experiment result shows that this model can describe the growth data of PSB very well.
