新鲜羊膜移植在眼表疾病中的临床应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察羊膜移植在眼表疾病中的治疗效果。 方法:采用新鲜人羊膜移植治疗 16例复发翼状胬肉、睑球粘连、结膜囊狭窄、眼表恶性肿瘤等患者 ,并随访观察。结果:16例中 13例羊膜存活 ,眼表重建 ;3例羊膜部分溶解 ,眼表部分重建 ;部分病例可采用多层羊膜移植。 结论:采用新鲜羊膜移植治疗眼表疾病具有临床应用价值。 Objective: To investigate the effect of human amniotic membrane transplantation for reconstruction of ocular surface in eye surface disorders. Methods: 16 cases who suffered from recurrent pterygium, symblepharon,cramped of conjunctival sac,conjunctival tumors and other ocular surface disorders were treated with amniotic membrane transplantation. Results: Of 16 cases,the ocular surface was reconstructed in 13. Three cases were partially reconstructed because of amniotic membrane partially dissolved. Two or more layers of amniotic membrane transplantation have effects on special disorders. Conclusion: The transplantation of amniotic membrane is a valuable method for reconstruction of ocular surface.
