摘要
低温导致黄瓜叶片严重的光抑制,同时类囊体膜不饱和脂肪酸含量下降。低温弱光处理后恢复期间,Fv/Fm和多聚不饱和脂肪酸含量都迅速恢复,暗示两者之间可能有一定的联系。
Photoinhibition occurred and the content of unsaturated fatty acids in thylakoid membrane ofcucumber leaves decreased during low temperature and weak light stress for 5 d. During the course of recoveryafter stress, both Fv/Fm and the content of polyunsaturated fatty acids increased quickly, which implied thatthere was relationship between them.
