水稻抽穗当天,强势粒(上部一次枝梗籽粒)子房中总RNA、mRNA含量都高于弱势粒(下部二次枝梗籽粒),蛋白质含量却低于弱势粒。抽穗后第5天,强势粒子房中总RNA含量仍然高于弱势粒,mRNA含量两者差异不大,蛋白质含量依然低于弱势粒。抽穗后0~5d,强势粒子房中总RNA、mRNA含量变化不大,蛋白质含量下降显著;弱势粒子房中总RNA含量上升显著,mRNA含量、蛋白质含量变化不大。抽穗当天和抽穗后第5天,强势粒子房中有一些小分子rRNA带出现;弱势粒则相反,小分子rRNA基本上看不见。
In the heading day of rice, the contents of the total RNA, mRNA in the superior grains (upperprimary branches grains) ovaries were higher than that in the inferior grains (lower secondary branches grains)ovaries, whereas, protein content lower than that of it. In the fifth day after heading, the contents of the totalRNA in the superior grains ovaries were still higher than that in the inferior grains ovaries, the difference of themRNA contents was not significant, protein contents lower than that of it. From the first day to the fifth day afterheading, the contents of the total RNA, mRNA in the superior grains ovaries varied little, protein contentdeclined significantly, the contents of the total RNA in the inferior grains ovaries increased, mRNA and proteincontents varied little. There were small molecule rRNA in the superior grains ovaries in the heading day and thefifth day after heading, but could hardly be seen in the inferior grains ovaries.
