根据实际地图录入需要,本文提出了一种基于MapInfo的地图坐标转换工具,用于将采用非地球坐标系的地图对象坐标转换为采用地球坐标系的坐标,同时给出了它的转换原理和算法,并详细论述了它的设计与实现。
According to the requirement of practically map data input, the paper puts forward a kind of map coordinate transformation tool, which is used in transforming graphic object's coordinate from Non-Earth coordinate system to earth coordinate system. This paper provides it's transformation principle and arithmetic, and thoroughly discusses it's design and implementation.
