不同病理类型乳腺癌与其X线征像的相互关系

Correlation studies of pathological types and X-ray findings in mastocarcinoma

目的 :探讨常见不同病理类型乳腺癌与其X线表现间的相互关系 ,以便提高对乳腺癌的诊断水平。方法 :随机搜集不同病理类型乳腺癌X线资料 2 0 0例 ,每例患者均摄有乳腺头尾位与内上外下 4 5°斜位片。对乳头溢液者行乳导管造影检查并摄片 ,所有病例均经手术病理证实。结果 :2 0 0例患者中 ,病理报告为乳腺单纯癌 2 1例 ,硬癌 4 8例 ,髓样癌10例 ,黏液腺癌 4例 ,腺癌 14例 ,粉刺癌 2例 ,浸润性导管癌 85例 ,早期浸润性导管癌 1例 ,导管原位癌 2例 ,派杰氏病 4例 ,炎性乳癌 6例 ,脂质性癌 2例 ,鳞状细胞癌 1例。结论 :不同病理类型乳腺癌具有不同的X线征像特点 。

Objective:To improve the diagnosis by exploring the relationship between pathological type and X ray finds in the patients with mammary carcinoma.Methods:The craniocaudal,mediolateral 45° position X ray film,and mammary duct roentgenography images were reriew in 200 cases with mammary carcinoma which is confirmed by operation and pathology.Results:The pathologil type included simple carcinoma (n=21), scirrhous carcinoma (n=48), medullary carcinoma (n=10),mucogland carcinoma (n=4), adenocarcinoma (n=14), comedocarcinoma (n=2), infiltrative duct carcinoma (n=85), early infiltrative duct carcinoma (n=1), duct carcinoma in situ (n=2), Paget's disease (n=4), inflammatory mammary carcinoma (n=6), lipoid carcinoma (n=2) and squamous cell cacinoma (n=1).Conclusion:The different X ray findings and rate of lymphadenipathy in ipsolateral pathological type of mastocarcinoma the metastatic rate of ipsolateral axilla lymph node is different.
