摘要
通过高温固相-离子交换法制备锂离子蓄电池正极材料——层状LiNixMn1-xO2。研究了存不同充放电电压下材料的电化学性能,并进行了XRD分析。实验结果表明:在2.5~4.3V问进行充放电,其放电容量可达160mAh/g,在F2.0~4.3V问进行充放电,其放电容量可达180mAh/g,在1.0~4.3V间进行充放电,其放电容量可达225mAh/g.且在充放电过程中,材料结构并未发现向尖晶石结构转变。
Layered LiNixMn1-xO2 as cathode material for lithium-ion battery was prepared by the process of high temperature solid reaction && ion exchange. The electrochemical properties at different charge-discharge voltages and the XRD analysis of the material were investigated. The results show that the capacity is about 160 mAh/g during the discharging from 4.3 V to 2.5 V, and it is about 180 mAh/g during the discharging 4.3 V to 2.0 V, or is more than 225 mAh/g when it is discharged from 4.3 V to 1.0 V. The material has not significant structure transformation to the spinel-type phase on cycling.
