电动自行车阀控铅酸蓄电池故障诊断与预防

摘要 中国电动自行车产业在大规模使用阀控铅酸蓄电池以后,电池的非正常失效问题严重制约了电动车辆的大规模发展,也影响了免维护铅酸蓄电池在电动车领域的大规模使用。根据大量现场试验重点阐述了造成电动车阀控铅酸蓄电池非正常失效的故障类型、发生条件、故障与电池寿命的相关性、预防和解决的措施,以防范电动自行车行业的风险。自1982年中国第一辆电动自行车上市以来,影响电动自行车市场的最重要原因就是电动自行车企业采用的部分品牌的电池达不到正常的设计寿命。 Valve regulated lead acid (VRLA) battery is used widely in electric bicycle in China. The problem of battery failure in abnormal conditions effected the development of electric bicycle seriously, and cumbered the usage of maintenance-free lead acid battery for electric bicycle. Type and conditions of abnormal failure, relativity between failure and battery life, and prevention and solution methods were reviewed. Since the first electric bicycle was introduced in 1982 in China, the most serious factor for marketing electric bicycle was remained in part of well-known brand batteries couldn't reach normal designed life.
