摘要
一个合格的教师必须经常学习新的知识,包括学科知识、教学法知识、教育学知识,以及社会道德、文化道德和职业道德,这些学习本身就是研究型教师的重要因素.对于合格的研究型数学教师的界定,应满足:(1)具有较高的道德约束;(2)教师能够根据实际教学情况,发现并解决问题;(3)对数学学科内容应有不同的、发展性的认识;(4)能够与专家进行不同形式的对话和交流.
The investigation of this paper showed that the national kernel teachers possessed strong responsibilities by means of their problem study, and it also showed that their problem study possessed vivid district and times characters. The results of their study not only were the general summarization of their teaching experiences or verified some established theories and views with some cases, but also put forward some important questions that should be thought deeply by all mathematics educators, therefore by all educators.
