摘要
目的 :探讨骨髓微核的影响因素。方法 :将小白鼠断头取血 ,测量血清中的铁、锌、钴、铜、镍、锰、铬、镉、硒、铅的含量。取骨髓涂片 ,观察 10 0 0个嗜多染红细胞 ,计数有微核的细胞数。取血涂片 ,计数酸性α—醋酸萘酯酶阳性细胞数。结果 :血清中铁、铜、铅的含量对骨髓微核率的作用有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ,其它 7种微量元素含量对微核率的作用无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。血清中锰、镉的含量对酸性α—醋酸萘酯酶阳性率的作用有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,其它 8种微量元素含量对酸性α—醋酸萘酯酶阳性率的作用无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :血清中铁、铜。
Objective:To approach the effecting factors of micronucleus in bone marrow. Methods: The concentrations of Fe , Zn, Co Cu,Ni, Mn , Cr ,Cu,Se, Pb in serum from the blood after th mice were decapitated were measured . The cells with micronucleus among 1000 polychromatic erythrocyte on the bone marrow slides were counted .The cells with acid α—naphthyl acetate esterase(ANAE) on the blood slides were counted .Results The concentrations of Fe , Cu, Pb in serum have a significant effect on the rate of bone marrow micronucleus (P<0.05)whereas the other 7 microelements don’t have a significant effect on the rate of bone marrow micronucleus (P>0.05). The concentrations of Mn , Pb in serum have a significant effect on the positive rate of acid α—naphthyl acetate esterase (P<0.05) whereas the other 8 microelements don’t have a significant effect on the rate of acid α—naphthyl acetate esterase (P>0 05) .Conclusion Fe, Cu, Pb in serum have a significant effect on the bone marrow micronucleus.
