摘要
利用异丙肾上腺素与高锰酸根的络合反应 ,以荧光淬灭法测定高锰酸根。结果表明在 pH =9.91的缓冲溶液中 ,高锰酸根与异丙肾上腺素络合 ,络合后荧光强度显著减弱 ,最大激发及发射波长为 2 78nm和 6 16nm ,在 1 0~ 6 4mg/L浓度范围内 ,荧光强度与浓度呈良好线性关系。食品中痕量锰经转化成MnO4-后可用本法测定 ,得到了满意的结果。
The complex reaction between MnO 4 - and isopremalinum was reported. The result shows that isopremalinum could emit the stable and strong fluorescence in buffer solution (pH=9.91), but the fluorescence will weaken when complexed with MnO 4 - and the excitation and emission wavelengths of the complex are at 278 nm and 616 nm,respectively.The fluorescence quenching degree is linear to the concentration of MnO 4 - from 1.0 mg/L to 6.4 mg/L . And the common coexisting ions will not interfere with the determination .This method has been applied to determine the amount of Mn(II) in food with satisfactory result.
