摘要
目的 :建立用火焰原子吸收法 (FAAS)同时测定小儿发中Zn、Fe、Ca的分析方法 ,为提高临床儿童营养水平以及对某些疾病的诊断提供依据。方法 :发样经HNO3 -HClO4( 4∶1)消化和以La3 +为释放剂简单处理后 ,直接上机测定。结果 :方法的变异系数 (C .V % )小于± 5 % ,回收率为 95 4 %~ 10 2 0 %。结论 :火焰原子吸收法可准确测定小儿发中Zn、Fe、Ca含量 ,并具有采样无创伤、无痛苦等优点。
ATM:A method for the detemination of Zn,Fe and Ca in hair of children by atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS) was established in order to provide datums for raise clinical diageness level of children's some nutrtion deflciency disease.METHODS:Zn,Fe and Ca are directly determined by FAAS affter the hair sample is digested with mixture aicd of HNO 3-HClO 4(4∶1),and simply treated using La(NO 3) 3 solution.RESULTS:The coefficient of variation in this method was less than 5%.The recoveries were in the range of 95.4%~102.0%.CONCLUSION:The contents of Zn,Fe and Ca in hair of childre can accurately determined using FAAS,and possess advantages of sampling unwounded and painlessness to human body.
