摘要
现代装备智能自修复技术包含了自适应、自补偿、自愈合技术。典型的智能自修复过程是装备在运行中,能够自行感知外部的环境变化,能够对自身的失效形式、故障等做出自诊断,并以一种优化方式对环境变化做出响应,不断自动调整自身的内部结构,通过自生长或原位复合等再生机制实现对缺损部位的自补偿、自愈合。文中阐述了装备智能自修复技术的内涵,介绍了国内外发展现状,分析了智能自修复技术在装备寿命全周期中的地位和作用,重点剖析了智能自修复技术的前沿课题。文中指出,装备自修复技术是对现代信息技术、微纳米技术和生物技术的综合运用与集成创新,是提高装备性能、延长装备寿命、预防装备故障、减免装备维修的重要措施。
The smart self-repairing technology for modern equipment encompasses self-adapting, self-compensating and self-healing techniques. It is envisioned that the self-repairing process is that the equipment or materials can respond to the environmental change, monitor the integrity of structure, adjust the internal structure, and compensate or heal the wounds during operation. In this paper, a review of the smart self-repairing technology, with special emphasis on connotation, status in quo and importance in whole life cycle of equipment, is presented. In addition, the future research subjects in this emerging field are analyzed in detail. We noted that the self-repairing technology is innovative exercise and integration of the modern information technology, micro/nano technology and biotechnology, and an important measure to deliver improved performance, life-span, and reduced maintenance.
