摘要
采用挤压铸造技术制备陶瓷短纤维增强铝合金梯度复合材料,研究了这类材料的凝固组织和基本热物理性能.结果表明,在复合材料中,基体组织细小,纤维与基体结合良好,并呈梯度状无序分布;梯度复合材料的热物理性能优异.
The aluminum alloy gradual composites reinforced by ceramic short fiber are manufactured by squeeze casting, and the structures and the basic thermal-physic properties of the composites are studied. The results indicate that the structures of the matrix are fine in the composites. There appears a good combination between the fiber and the matrix, and the fibers distribute gradually in the composites. The gradual composites have excellent thermal-physic properties.
