我院近10年铜绿假单胞菌的分离及耐药性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解我院近10年铜绿假单胞菌的分离情况及耐药特点。方法细菌鉴定用VITEK全自动微生物鉴定仪,药敏试验用纸片琼脂扩散法。结果在分离出的5966株革兰氏阴性杆菌中,铜绿假单胞菌为1844株(30.9%),占第一位;铜绿假单胞菌在各类标本中的检出率以痰液最高(66.1%),其次是分泌物(17.5%)和中段尿(12.6%);铜绿假单胞菌对13种抗生素的药敏结果显示,耐药率小于30%的抗生素只有亚胺培南(12.7%)、头孢他啶(25.3%)和头孢吡肟(25.6%),其余10种抗生素的耐药率在33.1%~80.9%。结论铜绿假单胞菌的分离率及耐药率高,治疗该菌感染应根据临床分离株耐药性检测结果选用亚胺培南、头孢他啶、头孢吡肟、阿米卡星等敏感药物及联合用药,合理使用抗生素。 Objective To investigate the isolation and drug resistance of Pseudom onas aeruginosa in recent 10 years.Methods The bacteria identification were done by VITEK Auto Microbe System and susceptibility tests were performed using K-B method.Results Among the 5966 strains of Gram-negative bacilli,1844 strains we re Pseudomonas aeruginosa(30.9%).The isolation rates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were 66.1%(sputum),17.5%(secretion) and 12.6%(urine) respectively.The resista nt rates of the 13 antibiotics were 12.7%(imipenem),25.3%(ceftazidime) and 25. 6%(cefepime),and 10 of them were between 33.1%to 80.9%.Conclusion Considering that the isolation and drug resistance rates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were hig h,the combined antibiotics should be used to treat Pseudomonas aeruginosa infect ion,such as imipenem,ceftazidime,cefepime,amikacin and others which are sensitiv e to Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
