质粒介导的AmpC β-内酰胺酶 被引量:10

摘要 质粒介导的AmpCβ-内酰胺酶是近十余年来发现的一种新型C类β-内酰胺酶。根据与染色体C类酶氨基酸序列的同源性,将其分为6组。此类酶对第一、二、三代头孢菌素、头霉素、氨曲南耐药,外膜蛋白丢失的菌株甚至出现对碳青霉烯类的耐药。质粒介导的AmpCβ-内酰胺酶耐药基因在质粒间及质粒与染色体间的转移主要是通过转座子或整合子为工具实现的。与染色体介导AmpC酶不同,除DHA型外,大多数质粒介导的AmpC酶的产生是不可诱导的。
