摘要
战略联盟是知识经济时代一种企业竞争的新模式,被誉为"20世纪20年代以来最重要的组织创新"。成功的战略联盟实践表明:选择正确的合作伙伴可能决定着绝大多数战略联盟的最终命运。本文根据成功战略联盟的经验,提出了一些选择战略联盟合作伙伴标准,并用AHP方法对如何选择最佳合作伙伴进行了描述。
Strategic alliance is a new competition pattern of era of knowledge economy, which is called the most important organization innovation since 1920s. The facts of successful strategic alliances demonstrate that choosing a right cooperative partner possibly decides the fate of the majority of strategic alliances. Basing on the successful experiences of strategic alliances, raises some rules for choosing strategic alliance partners, and gives a description of how to choose the best partner with AHP.
