提出了有能力限制的不平衡指派问题,解决了不平衡指派问题中因人员承担工作太集中,影响工作效率和工作质量的问题,并应用最小费用最大流方法,给出了该问题的求解方法,该方法简单、有效、可行.

In the paper, the optimal problem of constrained assignmemt in inequality of workers and jobs are studied. It is solved that when workers have to take on too heavy jobs,there will be a detrimental effect on the efficiency and quality. The optimal method in min-cost flow is presented,which is convenient and feasible.
