摘要
针对天铁集团烧结厂经常发生的淹电机及烧电机事故进行了分析。对原系统逻辑控制模块进行了改造,采用日本富士变频器和西门子LOGO,230RL型逻辑模块既提高了生产效率,同时也节约了人力物力。
By analyzing the accidents of drowning and burning motor in Sintering Plant of Tiantie Group,the original system is reformed by using Japanese Fuji frequency converter and Siemens LOGO!230RL logic control module.The result shows the production efficiency is improved and the manpower and material resources saved.
