摘要
针对油田聚合物驱油排放污水增多的问题,考察了应用电渗析技术处理油田含聚污水的方法.结果表明:利用三室电渗析槽降低含聚污水矿化度在技术上是可行的;用降矿化度后的淡水配制1g/L的聚合物溶液的黏度比清水所配的高11.9mPa·s;采用微型电渗析方法降低油田含聚污水矿化度的适宜操作电压为17V.
Aiming at the problem that polymer flooding makes the flooding manifold, we have analyzed the method of treating water from PAM flooding by electro dialysis. It is feasible using three chamber electro dialysis to reduce water from PAM flooding mineralized degree technically. The viscidity of fresh water confecting 1 g/L polymer liquor is 11.9 mPa·s bigger than that is confected by fresh water. The handling voltage is 17 V.
