摘要
针对数控仿真环境的建造过程,介绍了设备特征建模、设备几何建模及运动学建模等方法.设备几何建模采用混合建模技术,取各种建模技术的优点,更好地实现了数控仿真的显示与图形计算功能.阐述了三维几何建模的有关算法,给出了算法实现的原型系统.
Aiming at the process of building NC simulation environment, this paper introduces some methods about feature modeling of equipment, geometry modeling of equipment and kinematics modeling. Geometry modeling of equipment can adopt the technique of mix modeling and get all kinds of excellence of modeling technology in order to realize NC simulation and graphic computation function. The paper also discusses the relative algorithm of 3D geometric modeling and provides the original shape system realized by the algorithm.
