Key Problems in Structure Adjustment of Construction Industry and Corresponding Countermeasures

目前影响建筑业结构调整的主要问题是建设领域的市场机制发育不成熟,良性的价格和取费标准机制尚未建成,企业急功近利和管理层浮躁。文章针对建筑业改制调整过程中的一些影响因素,提出对策建议。

At present, the key problems in structure adjustment of construction industry are: immature development of construction market, unfinished reasonable price and fee system, eager for quick success and instant benefit, and fickleness of managerslevel ment. This paper gives some advices about the countermeasures to these factors.
