摘要
各类设备购置费约占总投资的30％-40％,专项分部工程的技术含量、自动化和智能化程度高,它们在建筑物整体使用功能中起着重要作用。其招标时间顺序设定是否合理,直接影响后期施工进度和投资控制。文章结合实际,对此展开分析和探讨,提出招标时间顺序的调整思路,以及对业主的新要求。
The cost of equipments occupies 30%-40% of total investment. Technical Engineering takes the important functions in the whole building. Whether the bidding sequence is reasonable will affect the schedule and investment control. This paper analyzes this problem based on experience and puts forward the adjustment methods of bidding sequence and the requirement to owners.
