论农民经纪人的作用与队伍建设问题

On the Role of Farmer Broker and Its Group Building

我国是一个农业大国,农产品的销售难问题是农村经济发展的突出问题,而农民经纪人恰恰能有效地解决这个问题。在农业市场化程度较低的情况下,农民经纪人是联结农户与市场的桥梁和纽带,他们在疏通农产品流通渠道,促进农村产业结构的调整和扩大农业生产规模等方面发挥了极其重要的作用。因此,各地应大力发展和壮大农民经纪人队伍。同时,作为自发涌现的农民经纪人队伍还存在着人员素质不高、组织规模小、行业分散、无序流通、抗风险能力弱等问题。因此,应加强对其规范化管理。

As a great power on agriculture, our country has the sale difficulty of agricultural products which restricts the development of rural economy. However, farmer brokers can solve the problem effectively. In the backward agricultural marketization, farmer brokers can bridge farming household and market; they also play a vital role in unclogging circulation channels of farm products and promoting the adjustment of rural industrial structure and enlargement of agricultural production scale, etc. Therefore, each region should take every effort to developing and enhancing groups of farmer brokers. Meanwhile, those spontaneous groups of farmer brokers still have many problems, such as lower qualities of personnel, small size of organization, loosened management, disorder circulation, feeble ability of resisting risks, etc. So, normalized management should be enhanced.
