摘要 介绍了制备中温固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)薄膜的各种工艺方法及制备中温单电池(PEN)的复合工艺。 Different fabrication methods for intermediate temperature solid oxide fuel cell were introduced,several preparation technologies for single cell were also introduced.
