摘要
本文报道了弹尾目Collembola等节跳科Isotomidae11种跳虫表皮和小眼表面超微结构的观察,发现该超微结构具有明显种属特异性,可作为物种鉴定的重要分类性状;对其研究,还有助于生物进化、亲缘关系及生态适应等的探索。
The ultrastuctures of cuticle and ocelli of 11 species of Isotomidae have been observed. They arequite different from each other, and it can be used as important characters in the taxonomy of Isotomi-dae. The ultrastructures of ocelli of 5 species which belong to the lower genera of Isotomidae are simi-lar to the normal cuticle of their boby surface; whereas in other higher genera, they are more smoothand obviously differ from the neighbouring body surface.
