摘要
为保证某微型客车达到《防止汽车转向机构对驾驶员伤害的规定》国家标准的要求,针对转向盘后移量过大问题,对原转向管柱进行了重新设计,开发出具有防撞、吸能性能的转向管柱,减少了微型客车正面碰撞时的转向盘后移量,满足了微型客车车型变化要求。
In order to meet the requirements of the mandated standard'Regulations on preventing automotive steering column from damaging the driver',improving design of the original steering column are carried out for solving the problem that rearward displacement of steering wheel during the frontal collision is beyond the limited value.The new designed steering column assembly has collision preventing and energy absorbing features,its rearward displacement in frontal collision is reduced and meets the requirements for minibuses.
