摘要
对新建高大平房仓储存的晚籼稻谷采用薄膜密闭 +膜下粮堆设置上下双层风网 ,将薄膜密闭自然缺氧储藏、机械通风、PH3环流熏蒸三项技术进行了综合应用。通过一年的试验证明 :只要双层风网布置合理 ,可促进PH3气体在粮堆渗透分布的均匀性 ,提高机械通风降温速率 ,降低单位能耗 ,且储藏品质明显优于全仓门窗密闭、机械通风和环流熏蒸技术的仓房 ,基本保持了储粮原始品质与新鲜度。
The late long-grain rice was covered with film and stored in large warehouse installed double-decker ventilation ducts.The technology of low oxygen,mechanical ventilation and PH 3 recirculation fumigation were used together.The recults showed that if the double-decker ventilation ducts arrange reasonably,it can improve PH 3 uniform distribution,raise the temperature lowering rate of mechanical ventilation and reduce energy consumption.It can maintain original quality of stored grain.
