瑞香狼毒各组分杀螨活性及组分间相互作用的研究 被引量:12

The Toxicity of Components Extracted from the Root of Stellera chamaejasme L.to Panonychus citri and the Interaction between Components

摘要 瑞香狼毒根的乙醇索氏提取粗膏及粗膏的正己烷索氏提取物和石油醚索氏提取物对柑桔全爪螨的毒力分别是氧乐果原药毒力的0.34倍、12.8倍和11.5倍,其中可能含有更高毒性的物质.乙醇粗膏的乙酸乙酯索氏提取物对正己烷索氏提取物和石油醚索氏提取物有强烈的抑制减效作用. The toxicity of the component extracted from the root of Stellera chamaejasme L. by ethanol is 0.34 times to omethoate, while toxicity of other two suo's extraction's components which are extracted by skellysolve B and Petroleum ether respectively are 12.8 times and 11.5 times. There is maybe some more powerful molecule in the root of Stellera chamaejasme L. The component extracted by acetic ether can reduce the toxicity of the component extracted by skellysolve B or Petroleum ether.
