摘要
为了实现圆柱-球体多自由度超声电机的运动和提高电机的机电转换效率,电机的定子要具有合适的工作模态。该文根据该种电机对其定子工作模态的要求,以定子的结构参数为设计变量,建立了定子的优化设计数学模型,采用约束变尺度优化法编制了计算程序,并对实例进行了相应的计算。通过与原型样机的实验结果进行比较,证明该文所提出的优化设计法是有效的。
The stator of the cylinder-sphere ultrasonic motor with multi-degree of freedom must have proper vibration modes in order to realize the motion of the motor and increase the efficiency of the motor. In this paper, the optimization mathematical model of the stator with stator structural parameters as design variables is established according to the motor operational requirements on the vibration modes. The optimization program base on the CVM(Constrained Variable Metric) method is developed. The stator for a prototype motor is designed using the optimized results. The experimental results of the prototype motor verify the effectiveness of the optimal design method.
