摘要
提出了一种新型直线驻波马达,介绍了其原理和设计过程,研究了设计不规则形状换能器的有限元方法。该马达的结构简单,运行稳定,响应迅速。实验表明,理论设计和实际情况符合良好。
This paper presents a new type linear standing wave ultrasonic motor and describes its working mechanism and the process of design. A finite element method is also studied for the design of irregular shaped transducer. The motor has the features such as simple configuration and high running stability as well as fast response speed.Experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical conclusion.
