摘要
对帧转移型CCD的结构进行分析,研究了造成垂直拖尾的原因,找到解决问题的方法。在摄像机系统中运用数字处理技术,实时地降低了垂直拖尾对图像的影响。
The structure of frame transfer array CCD image sensor is analyzed in the article. The reason of vertical smearing formation is studied to find out a way to solve problem. The digital processing technology has been used in the camera system so that the effect of vertical smearing to image can be modified in real-time.
