摘要 在全球制造业迅速扩张和激烈竞争的环境下 ,企业设备技术水平在不断提高 ,传统的设备维护方式已经很难满足企业的要求 ,发展基于远程诊断和状态监测 (RemoteDiagnosis&ConditionMonitoring———RDCM )的设备视情维护系统 ,可以为企业降低成本、提高效益并保持其在全球市场上的竞争力。在分析传统设备维护方式弊端的基础上 ,提出了基于RDCM的设备视情维护系统的三层体系结构 ,即Infranet -Intranet -Internet ,并详细地阐述了系统基于J2EE框架的开发方法以及系统实现的关键技术 。 Under the circumference of rapid expansion and sharp competition of global manufacturing, the technological level of enterprise's equipments is unceasingly heightened, thus the traditional mode of equipment maintenance is already quite difficult to satisfy the requirements of enterprise. To develop equipment condition-based maintenance system based on remote diagnosis and condition monitoring (RDCM) could lower the cost of enterprise, increase benefit and maintain its competitive ability in the global market. On the bases of analyzing the abuse of traditional equipment maintenance mode, this paper put forward a RDCM basedthree-layered systematic structure, viz Infranet-Intranet-Internet, for the equipment condition-based maintenance system. A detailed exposition based on J2EE frame was made upon the developing method of system and the key technology on realization of the system. Finally, the implementation flow and procedure of the system were introduced.
