基于磁晶格的机械构件线应变在线检测技术

摘要 介绍了基于等间距磁晶格在线检测机械构件线应变的基本原理 ;提出了检测信号处理与波形转换方法 ;将机械构件线应变的检测转换为对检测信号波形高低电平持续时间的计测 ,并推导出时间计测值与构件线应变之间的数学关系式。为实现机械构件线应变的非接触式实时在线定量检测提供新的技术与方法。 Basic principle of the on line detection upon linear strain of mechanical components based on equi-spaced magnetic lattice has been introduced. The processing of detected signal and method of waveform transformation have been advanced. Let the detection of linear strain of mechanical components be transformed into the measurement upon the sustained time of high-low level of waveform in the detected signal, and the mathematical relationship between measured value of time and linear strain of components was derived. Thus new technology and method for realizing non-contacting real-timed on line quantitative detection on linear strain of mechanical components were provided.
