解剖钢板与普通钢板内固定治疗股骨髁部骨折的比较

The Comparision of Curative Effect on Treating Fracture of Femoral Condyle with Internal Fixation of Anatomic or Common Plate

目的 比较解剖钢板螺丝钉系统与普通钢板螺丝钉系统内固定治疗股骨髁部骨折的优越性。方法 将 1 5 2例股骨髁部骨折病例分成两组 ,A组进行骨折手术复位解剖钢板螺丝钉内固定治疗 ,B组进行骨折手术复位普通钢板螺丝钉内固定治疗。治疗后对其疗效及并发症进行观察。结果 治疗后随访 6个月～ 2年 ,A组未发生内固定物变形断裂及继发性骨折情况 ,关节粘连有 1 1 %。而B组有 3 5 %内固定物变形断裂 ,1 7%愈合异常 ,3%继发性骨折 ,5 %关节粘连情况。具有统计学意义 (P <0 0 5 )。

Objective To compare the superiority of internal fixation in treating fracture of femoral condyle with anatomic plate or common plate.Methods One hundred and fifty six patients with femoral condyle were randomly divided into two groups.Group As internal fixator was anatomic plate and group Bs was common plate.After treatment the curative effect and complications were observed.Results All cases were followed up from 6 months to 2 years.There were no failure of internal fixation and secondary fracture in group A,only the rate of joint adherence was 1 1%.But there were break of internal fixation(3 5%),malunion of fracture(1 7%),secondary fracture (3%) and joint adherence(5%) in group B.There was statistic differance between group A and group B(P<0 05).Conclusion Internal fixation with anatomic plate in treating fracture of femoral condyle is a more ideal method.
