国产可吸收钉在治疗髋部骨折中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的 探讨可吸收钉在治疗髋臼后壁、股骨头骨折中的应用。方法 对 76例髋臼后壁骨折 ,按Epstein分型 :Ⅱ型 34例 ,Ⅲ型 30例 ,Ⅳ型 8例 ,Ⅴ型 4例 ;32例股骨头骨折 ,按Pipkin分型 :Ⅰ型 1 8例 ,Ⅱ型 4例 ,Ⅲ型 3例 ,Ⅳ型 7例。分别取髋关节后侧切口入路或前外侧入路 ,采用可吸收钉固定 ,定期行X线检查及髋关节功能评价。结果 髋臼骨折 76例 ,平均随访 5个月 ,根据Charnley髋关节功能分数分级 ,优良率为 94 7% ;股骨头骨折 32例 ,平均随访时间 2 3个月 ,优良率为87 5 %。结论 国产可吸收钉治疗髋部骨折固定可靠 ,减少了二次手术的再损伤 ,最大限度的恢复了髋关节功能 ,较应用于四肢其它骨折更有意义。 Objective To explore the application of native absorbable screw fixation for the treatment of hip fracture.Methods From 1999 to 2001,76 patients with actabular fracture (34,30,8 and 4 patients calssified as type Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ respectively according to Epstein classification),and 32 patients of femoral head fracture (18,4,3 and 7 patients calssified as type Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳrespectively according to Pipkin classification) were treated with native absorbable fixation,regular X ray examination and function assess were performed.Results The good and exellent rate of 76 cases of acetabular fracture were 94 7% with an average follow up time of 25 months,the good and exellent rate of femoral head fracture were 87 5% with an average follow up time of 23 months.Conclusion Native absorbable screw fixation for the treatment of hip fracture have the advantage of strong stability,less injury and full recovery of joint function,it more is useful in treatment of hip fracture than superficial fracture.
