摘要
研究了孕育处理、孕育剂的加入量、C和Si含量以及原铁液含S量对铸态高韧性球铁伸长率的影响,试验结果表明,球铁化学成分(质量分数)控制在下列范围:3.00%~3.80%C,2.5%~2.9%Si,<0.2%Mn,<0.03%s,<0.06%P,采用多次孕育工艺,可使球铁单铸试块的伸长率达到20%以上。
The influences of inoculation treatment, inoculant addition amount, C and Si contents, as well as sulphur content of base iron on elongation of as-cast high toughness ductile iron was investigated. The experiment result showed that the elongation of the separated test bar can reach 20% and higher by controlling the composition in the following range (W_B/%):3.00%~3.80% C,2.5%~2.9% Si, <0.2% Mn,<0.03% S,<0.06% P and adopting multiple inoculation treatments.
