摘要
对稀土合金加入量、钢液温度和化学成分对脱硫效果的影响进行了试验研究。结果表明,稀土合金加入量为0.2%时,脱硫效率最高;钢液含碳量增加时,稀土合金的脱硫效果明显提高;脱硫效果最佳的钢液温度为1 540℃~1590℃;脱硫宜在容量较大的熔化炉内进行,使稀土硫化物能充分与钢液分离并上浮至钢液表面。
The influences of rare earth alloy addition amount, temperature and chemical composition of molten steel on desulphurization effect were investigated. The results showed that the highest desulphurization rate was achieved with RE alloy addition amount of 0.2%; the desulphurization rate was increased obviously with increasing of carbon content; the most favorable molten steel temperature for desulphurization was 1 540~1590℃;it' s suggested to conduct desulphurization in a larger capacity furnace to ensure the RE sulphuride being separated from molten steel sufficiently and floating up to the steel surface.
