A Review of Anti-Burn On Materials for Green sand Iron Castings (Ⅰ)

国内市场销售的抗粘砂材料多种多样,难以判断优劣。笔者对国内若干种湿型砂抗粘砂附加料作出评论,并推荐几种实用的检测方法。第一部分介绍煤粉品质的检测方法,包括煤粉的灰分、挥发物、焦渣特性和光亮碳形成能力的检测方法以及通过浇注试验判断抗粘砂效果的方法。

There are varied types of anti-burn on materials on the home market. It' s difficult to make discrimination between good and bad. In this paper, some anti-burn on additives for green mould sand produced at home were reviewed and several practical test methods were recommended. In the first part of the paper, the test methods for inspecting of the quality of sea coal were described including following items: ash content test, volatile content test, cinder characteristics test, lustrous carbon forming ability test, as well as the pouring test for judging anti-burn on effect.
