针对芯片后封装中引线键合系统,概述了该系统的应用背景、结构特点,并对系统进行了数学建模;阐述了控制策略,并就控制算法的要求,详细讨论了基于DSP的控制电路的硬件设计、软件模块设计,以及控制系统和上位PC的通讯等相关问题。
The application and background of the high acceleration fast start and stop position following system is briefly introduced. The system model and the control strategy of the system are also discussed. The hardware design and software design of the DSP based control circuit are deeply discussed. The communication between the circuit and PC is also briefly introduced.
