摘要
为3100QB曲轴设计了四种浇注系统,并且采用Z-CAST软件对铸件进行了充型和凝固的模拟分析,通过对模拟结果的分析,对浇注系统进行了优化和改进,得到了最优的设计。
Four types of gating systems were designed for 3100QB model crankshaft and analyzed by simulating mold filling process and casting solidification process with Z-CAST software. Based on simulation results, the gating system of crankshaft was improved and optimized step by step till the optimum design was obtained.
