透刺法治疗第三腰椎横突综合征66例

Point-through-point Acupuncture Treatment of 66 Patients with Third Lumbar Vertebra Transverse Process Syndrome

目的 观察透刺法治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的疗效。方法 采用外关透内关、腰 2 透腰 4 横突的透刺法治疗第三腰椎横突综合征 6 6例 ,并与常规针刺方法治疗 4 5例作对照。结果与结论 治疗组痊愈率与总有效率分别为 6 6 .7%和 95 .5 % ,对照组为 4 6 .7和 71.1% ,表明治疗组疗效优于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )。

Purpose To investigate the curative effects of point-through-point acupuncture on third lumber vertebra transverse process syndrome. Method Waiguan-through-Neiguan and Lumbus 2-through-Lumbus 4 and transverse process acupuncture methods were used to treat 66 patients with third lumbar vertebra transverse process syndrome. Forty-five patients were treated by routine acupuncture as a control.Results and Conclusion The cure rate and the total effective rate were 66.7% and 95.5%, resdpectively, in the treatment group and 46.7% and 71.1%, respectively, in the control group, showing that the curative effect was better in the treatment group than in the control group.
