摘要
设计了一种应用于光发射功率自适控制系统中的低噪声宽带跨阻放大器,用0.6μmCMOS工艺实现,在156MHz 3dB带宽范围内最小均方根等效输入噪声电流为130pA/Hz,在无光状态时电路的总电流为3.3mA,功耗低于国外同类产品.
A low noise and wide-band trans-impedance amplifier applied in adaptive light transmitter system is presented. The circuit is implemented in 0.6 μm CMOS process with the minimum equivalent input rms nlise of 130 pA/Hz in 156 MHz-3 dB frequency band and 3.3 mA total current in no-light-state, the power consumption of the amplifier is lower than that of its foreign counterparts.
