摘要
超声多普勒血流信号声谱图包络是声谱参数提取的基础,能为临床心血管疾病的诊断提供重要信息.基于格雷厄姆扫描算法提出声谱图包络主波提取的新方法,并用改进的角度探测方法进行包络特征的识别.临床试用结果表明,该方法能够自动、准确地获取超声多普勒血流声谱参数,从而为血流状态的临床检测提供了一种实用方法.
The spectrogram envelop of Doppler ultrasound blood flow signals from which spectrogram parameters can be estimated is important to clinical diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases. A novel method based on the Graham scan is proposed to extract the chief wave of the spectrogram envelop, while an improved angle detection method is applied to recognize the features. Results of clinical application show that this method can obtain spectrogram parameters automatically and precisely. The method may be parctical in the clinical blood flow detection.
