禽类生殖嵌合体的制作及其应用 被引量：1

摘要 目前已能够运用禽类囊胚细胞 (BCs)或原生殖细胞 (PGCs)制作嵌合体。为了提高生殖嵌合体的制作效率 ,已有许多方法被采用。最近的研究表明 ,对BCs或PGCs进行同性别移植也可以提高生殖嵌合的制作效率。BCs和PGCs体外培养的成功使得嵌合体技术能够应用于禽类转基因中 ,并且 。
