摘要
该文提出低温与超导系统温度控制新方法 -基于泛逻辑代数的温度随动控制。这是一种以低温实验为基础 ,依据概念和专家知识的泛逻辑控制 ,控制特性用一组泛逻辑代数方程描述 ,从而可以有效解决 G- M制冷机辐射屏温度的随动控制问题。该系统可应用于低温界面热阻实验和超导材料热物性测试等。温度随动控温范围为 4 0 K- 15 0 K,精度优于3K。
It is described that a new approach of the temperature tracking control of the cryogenic and superconducting system based on the pan-logic algebra in this paper. In terms of the cryogenic experiment and the acknowledgment and concept of expert, the pan-logic control method, in which the control characteristic of the objective is expressed by a set of pan-logic equations, can be used for solving the problem of temperature tracking control of thermal shield of G-M cryocooler. The method and device can be applied to the cryogenic interface thermal resistance experiment and the thermal properties measurement of superconducting material. The experiment results show that the scope of temperature is from 40K to 100K and the error of tracking control is less than 3K.
