摘要
本文通过分析最近几届奥运会的举办城市在赛前、赛中、赛后房地产市场的发展变化 ,寻找出举办城市取得长远、积极影响的必要条件 ,分析了原因 ,并提出一些建议 。
This paper examines the experiences of real estate markets in the recent hosts prior to, during, after the Olympic Games, finds out what kinds of conditions are necessary for the hosts to obtain the long-term and far-reaching effects, analyzing the inner reasons. Meanwhile some advices are put forward to help the future hosts leverage off the impact of the Olympic Games on real estate markets.
