摘要
用低压离子色谱法测定了高纯硅微粉水萃液中阳离子Na+、K+.以1.44×10-3mol·L-1硝酸溶液为流动相,Na+、K+经色谱柱分离,检出限分别为0.62,1.32μg·mL-1,RSD为1.0%,2.2%;线性范围0~25.00,0~30.00μg·mL-1;加标回收率为96.3~104.5%,97.9~102.1%.该法用于高纯硅微粉水萃液中Na+、K+的测定,简便,准确,快速,实用.
The determination method of Na+, K+ in the extraction solution of high-purity silicon powder by low pressure ion chromatography is discussed. Na+, K+ are separated in an separation column. The mobile phase is 1.44×10-3 mol.L-1 HNO3at the flow rate of 0.60 mL/min and the injection volume of Na+, K+ both are 20ul. The results show that the detection limit for Na+, K+ respectively is 0.62 and 1.32μg·mL-1,the linear range being 0-25.00 and 0~30.00μg·mL-1 and the recoveries being 96.3-104.0% and 97.9-102.1%.
